Add a column, write the question, and choose the answer type. Insight reads each document and fills in its cell, from dates and amounts to yes/no answers and verbatim clauses. Test a column on three documents before you run it across the whole set.

Each cell comes with its reasoning and the quotes it rests on. Click a citation to jump to the passage in the document. Answers without a source are marked for checking, so nothing passes as fact unchecked.

Verify, flag, comment on, or lock any cell, with a record of who did it and when. Edit an answer and the original is kept beside it, ready to restore. Filter to what still needs checking.

14. Change of control
14.2 The Borrower shall not, without the prior written consent of the Lender, undergo a change of control of its share capital or voting rights.
