Streamline your workflow by setting up conditions that trigger specific actions tailored to your needs. You can access the Automations Module under any board within the Flow tool.

We are excited to introduce the Automations Module on our Flow tool!

What is it?

The Automations Module allows users to streamline their workflow by setting up various conditions that trigger specific actions, all tailored to their unique needs.

How does it work?

  1. Create Conditions: Define specific conditions that will trigger the automation. These could be anything from task completions, status changes, time-based triggers, and more.
  2. Specify Actions: Determine what actions should follow when the conditions are met. Actions could include notifications, task assignments, status updates, and more.

Where to find it?

You can access the Automations Module under any board created within our Flow tool.

Why use Automations?
